The site is prominently located on the island of Islay with views over the village of Caol Ila and the sound of Jura. The 2 houses are clustered together on the highest part of the site and orientated to maximise views whilst maintaining privacy. Internally, the floor plans are reversed with living accommodation on the upper levels and bedrooms located below. Accommodation is arranged over split half-levels that follow the site’s natural contours.
